These perfumes are available in 50ml (except Ankh) and 100ml (except Maya and Night Star) spray bottles plus new double packs (containing two 50ml bottles) and all come in a beautiful presentational box complete with sleeve and cello - wrapping, further protected by a mailing box. About Scents of time

David has teamed up with two of the Dragons' from BBC2's successful Dragon's Den programme (Theo Paphitis and Peter Jones) to bring Scents of Time to the Marketplace. Naturally enough until the time of launch the particular fragrances and their names and provenance must remain confidential .However, Nenufar, Pyxis, Maya, Ankh and Night Star have already been launched and the next two , CHRISM, the anointing oil of European monarchs, and AURUM,  a fragrance of the ancient Olympics, are being created over the next couple of years. An initiative is being developed to bring over a dozen to the marketplace over the next two decades..
David worked with perfumers from Givaudan (formerly Quest International) and CPL aromas to recreate the fragrances in Scents of Time.

Scents of Time

Perfumes are ephemeral beings. Open the bottle stopper and they evaporate, soon lost to time. Lost even faster than the stone visage of Ozymandias. But they can be trapped in time by disasters such as shipwrecks, volcanic explosions or earthquakes and re-discovered intact.


Or the souls of their core flowers can be captured with sophisticated scientific apparatus and 'aromaprinted'

Or their formulae can literally be the writing on the wall

Or remnants of their aromatic materials can be pieced together again much like at a crime scene

And once again these marvellous scents of the ancients can be brought to life.
